So we walked on the trails running around the resort and looked at slow iguanas and Maya kings ;)

Enjoyed aquapark.

Crossed the river ;) on our way to the beach. You can choose a different way to the beach every day and, probably, never take the same one twice...

But as I mentioned before, we spent two days visiting ruins. Twice we drove down to Playa del Carmen to explore the streets of the town. Spent most of the day in Maroma Beach (it wasn't much different from the day on "our" beach except the beautiful white sand and better ocean ;) We put over 400 miles on the car we rented to have some freedom. But most of the 10 days of our vacation we tried our best and stayed put (successfully, actually) so despite traveling a bit and visiting places we had a nice beach vacation in March. I guess we need to do it again. It is time...
